Initiate Your Return
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Pack Your Gear
Carefully place the item in its original factory packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure a full refund.
Ship to Hermes
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the electronics, we will process your refund or store credit within 3-5 business days.
