Like original Heavyweights, Heavyweight Dry snare batters have excellent durability and a compressed attack, but add UV-coating to further increase durability, as well as precision-drilled dry vents to reduce overtones and dampen sustain. Two plies of 10mil film make Heavyweight Dry heads exceptionally durable, with a 3mil reverse dot providing additional durability sand focus in the center of the head. Overall, Heavyweight Dry coated drumheads offer a moderate attack, short sustain, and medium tonal character, while eliminating unwanted overtones, making them great for the heaviest hitters in the rock and metal genres. This coated drumhead features Level 360 Technology.
